1. Exchange Period

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible for exchange.

2. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.

  • Exchange is applicable only once per order.

  • Exchanges are accepted only for size-related issues or manufacturing defects.

Products returned without following these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Innerwear or undergarments

  • Clearance / sale / discounted items

  • Customized or personalized products

4. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order ID, reason for exchange, and product images (if applicable).

  2. Once approved, our team will share the return address and instructions.

  3. You must send the product back using a reliable courier service.

  4. After the returned product passes quality checks, we will dispatch the replacement product.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If the exchange is due to a defective or wrong product, Namma Outfit will cover the shipping charges for the replacement.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available.

  • Only product exchanges are offered as per this policy.

  • In case the requested exchange product is out of stock, we may issue a store credit or discount coupon for future use.
